Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LLMRouteHub, Inc.'s website and API. By creating an account or sending a request, you agree to them.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your API keys and for keeping them secret. Tell us right away if a key is exposed so we can rotate it.

Acceptable use

Don't use the API for anything unlawful, to attempt to breach a provider's own usage rules, or to disrupt the service. Each underlying model may carry its provider's own restrictions, which also apply to your requests.

Billing

Usage is billed against your prepaid credit balance at the rates shown on each model's page plus the platform fee. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We route around unhealthy providers where we can, but the service is provided "as is" without a uptime warranty beyond any separate agreement. Live status is on the status page.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
