This policy explains what LLMRouteHub, Inc. collects when you use the website and API, and what we do with it. It covers account holders and visitors.

What we collect

• Account details: email, and billing information if you add credits.
• Usage metadata: model, token counts, latency and the provider a request was routed to.
• Standard server logs: IP address, user agent and timestamps.

Prompt and completion content

We do not store the content of your prompts or completions to train models, and we do not sell it. Content is transmitted to the provider serving your chosen model to fulfill the request. Requests may be held briefly in memory for routing and abuse prevention and are not retained afterward unless you enable request logging in your dashboard.

Providers and subprocessors

Fulfilling a request means sending it to a third-party model provider. Each provider handles data under its own terms; we route only what's needed to serve the request.

Your choices

You can export or delete your account data from the dashboard, or by contacting privacy@llmroutehub.com.
